A look at some Oakland County boys basketball transfers

Miroslav Jaksic - Walled Lake Western
At 6-11, Jaksic instantly becomes one of the elite inside defenders in Oakland County with his ability to not only block shots but force teams to settle for the outside shot. Jaksic, who is only a junior, is already being sought out by a handful of D-1 schools.

Aaron Prim - Walled Lake Western
Prim can score from all over the floor, but is also capable of creating for others as well with his passing ability. Things could open up even more for Prim this season as a lot of attention could be paid to Jaksic.

Chris Dewberry - Southfield Christian
After a number of transfers in his high school career, Dewberry is going to make Southfield Christian his final high school home. Dewberry should be a lethal scorer all season long, with his ability to create shots for him self inside and also dial up a few 3-pointers as well.

Jordan Dawkins - Lakeland
Dawkins, a 6-6 transfer from Ohio, will be an inside force this season for the Eagles. He will be one of the most athletic big men in the KLAA this season on both offense and defense. With shot blockers Nick Troxell and Chuck Sanders and now Dawkins, Lakeland is going to make life tough for plenty of big men in the KLAA.

Manny Mendoza -Rochester
A transfer from Indiana, Mendoza is as good of an athlete as there is, with his ability to run the floor or defend in the half court, he can do it all. With a good inside-out game, Mendoza should fit in nicely for the Falcons

Logan Spiker - Holly
Spiker, a sophomore transfer from Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes, but at 6-7 he should give the Bronchos yet another big man that should cause opponents fits on either side of the ball with 6-6 Nic Stoll and 6-4 Austin Hopkin.

Robert Ivanovic - Birmingham Detroit Country Day
After losing senior center Amir Williams to graduation after last season, Ivanovic will give the Yellowjackets some much needed size in the paint, as he can both block shots and is a capable scorer on offense.
